Paper Issues: Fruit Stand Issue

Welcome to Paper Issues “Fruit Stand”, sponsored by Doodlebug Designs!

I'm so excited for my first "Paper Issue", and was even more excited that it was with Doodlebug!  They are one of my all-time favorite manufacturers!!  I am the first blog on the blog hopYou should have arrived here from the Paper Issues Blog. If you landed here by accident, be sure to head over to Paper Issues to start at the beginning and see what the Issue is all about and what fabulous prizes we have up for grabs!

The blog hop order for today is:

Kathy (you are here!)
Leah
Lisa
Mary Jo

 I was very excited to receive my Doodlebug Fruit Stand goodies in the mail.  I knew exactly what I was going to scrap!

My daughter and her friends are always taking funny selfies.  My phone is full of them!  This picture is a typical one!

I LOVED all of the little fruit stickers that come with the Fruit Stand line...they're absolutely adorable.  The rainbow striped washi tape is also awesome.  I thought it helped tie in the rainbow letters in my title.

I had so much paper left, I decided to use it to create a cute little aniversary card.  I was inspired by  the sticker in the picture above.  I created the card using a pear Silhouette file that I duplicated, flipped then welded together to form the card base.  I then added the other layers and some great Doodlebug Alphas from my stash.

That's it for me today...next up on the hop is the fabulous Kristine!

Thanks for hopping with us today and we'd love to have you play along to be entered to win one of two Doodlebug Prize packs!  To get a chance to win:

1.      Like DoodleBug on Facebook {tell them we sent you}

2.      Like Paper Issues on Facebook

3.      Leave a comment on my blog

As a bonus, you can link up any "Fruity" or Doodlebug project over on the Paper Issues Blog!  This Issue runs until June 15th.  Thanks for stopping by!
