Paper Issues: Die Cutting Saturday

Happy Saturday Everyone!  I have a fun layout today featuring the new, free cut file from Paper Issues Die Cutting Saturday!!!  I created my layout using the November Sketch from Fancy Pants Designs and some Fancy Pants True Friends collection.

 

 

And here's a look at the fabulous cut files that were created by Jen Chapin!!  They are available in a Silhouette file as well as individual PNG files that can be used as digital elements or with other cutting machines like Cricut Explore.

 

I used the Scribble Circle and the Grateful word files as part of my title.

 

I traced the leaf files using the trace function in my Silhouette to create a solid version of each leaf to use as a backing to Jen's original files.

Paper Issues: Get Your Game On

Hi Everyone, I have a layout for the latest issue at Paper Issues, "Get Your Game On."  We're looking for projects that showcase anything sports, game night or your favorite activities.  I used some True Friend from Fancy Pants Designs to create this layout of my daughter and her gymnastics team at their state competition last spring.

 

 

I think this collection is going to go down as one of my all time favorites!  I love the muted colors and the great stickers and embellies!  Here are some close-ups...

Doodlebug Designs: So Thankful for You

Hi Everyone, Today, I have a layout I created for Doodlebug Design combining both the Happy Camper and Friendly Forest Collections.  I can't get over how well these two lines work together!  Take a peek:

 

I decided the best way to showcase how well these collections coordinate was to create a quilt-like background. I found my Hexagon Sizzix Die and got to work!

 

Even the stickers mixed and match perfectly.  The flowers and leaves are from Friendly Forest and the border strips are from Happy Camper. I also used some Fall Sprinkles and a Fall Mini Clothespin which are part of both collections!

Paper Issues: Witchin' You a Happy Halloween

Hi Everyone, I'm up on the Paper Issues blog today with a layout I created for the "Witchin' You a Happy Halloween" Issue.  My girlie doesn't trick or treat anymore...but I found some really cute pictures of her and her friends carving pumpkins a couple of years ago.  Take a peek:
