Doodlebug Design: Boos and Brews

Hi Everyone! Today I have a layout using the ADORABLE Boos & Brews Collection from Doodlebug Design.  Doodlebug always knocks it out of the park with Halloween collections, and this one does not disappoint!  I used it to scrap these fun pictures of my daughter and her friend who dressed up as Russell from Up! for Senior dress up day last year.  Take a peek...

I love all the patterns and prints in the collection and thought it would be fun to showcase them in a grid format.

Seriously, only Doodlebug could make a spider cute and appealing.  I really loved the Spooky Spider Shape Sprinkles and sprinkled them liberally over my layout!  I also loved the little bat from the Cute Critters Mini Doodlepops!

My favorite new character is Ribbit the frog... so stinking cute!  It was also fun to use the Stars and Moons Cute Clips, they add the perfect little touch!

And of course, I HAD to use the cute little kitty sticker from the Icons Stickers... He looks so sweet peeking out of the frame that was in the Odds & Ends.  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Doodlebug Design: Flea Market

Hi Everyone!  Today I have a fun layout I created using the fabulous new Flea Market Collection from Doodlebug Design!  I think this might be my all-time favorite fall collection from Doodlebug!!  I used it to scrap these fun pictures of my daughter and her friend hiking in a local state forest.

The colors & patterns in Flea Market are fabulous, my favorite is the Garden Plaid paper!  I also LOVE the Odds & Ends.  There are so many goodies to use in embellishment clusters and the little critters... too cute!

I also fell in love with the new Country Crows Doodle Pops and the words from the This and That Sticker Sheet.  They really help complete a project!

If you haven't already, check out the other Flea Market projects the DT has posted over the last couple of weeks, there is something to inspire everyone!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Lori Whitlock: Silhouette Intersect Tutorial

Happy Monday Everyone!  Last week I was up on the Lori Whitlock Blog with a tutorial showing how to use the Intersect Tool in Silhouette.  I used it to create the spiderweb "lace overlay" for the dress on this tag  I made for my cousin's Bridal Shower Gift.  Her shower was yesterday, so I'm free to share now!  She is having a fun Halloween Themed Wedding so this was perfect for her!  Take a peek...

I used some of the new Doodlebug Design Gingham-Linen Petite Prints and some Doodlebug Cardstock for the tag.  I also included a punny sentiment using my Silhouette Sketch Pens.  Be sure to stop by Lori's blog for the full tutorial and list of files used here.  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek.
