Doodlebug Design | Pill Better Stamped Cards

Do you have a large collection of cards?  I must have 100 cards in a basket that I've made for various assignments.  But when I needed a get well card, could I find one... of course not.  I decided I needed to "remedy" the situation (yes, pun intended...) and make a few cards using the fun new Doodlebug Design Pill Better Stamps and Dies.

Instead of coloring my stamped images, I decided to paper piece them.  The combination of cute Doodlebug stamped images and fun papers... it's certain to make anyone feel better!  I started with the band-aid stamp.  I stamped it on both sides of the different petite prints papers, then hand cut the images to add them to my card.

My next card is a fun shaker card.  I paper pieced the prescription bottle and then added some Dot Stripe Petite Prints to half of the cute little pill stamps.  I made a shaker with the pills and some colorful Doodlebug Sequins.

My last card, in my opinion, is the funniest...

I paper pieced the tissue box with the blue checked paper from the Simply Spring 6x6 pad.
There are so many different images and sayings in this cute set, the possibilities are endless!

That's it for me today, thanks for stopping to peek!

Doodlebug Design: Unicorns and Rainbows

Hi Everyone, today on the Doodlebug Blog I have my take on the meme challenge.  Can I just say Unicorns, Rainbows and Glitter?  Here is the meme that inspired my layout, I've always loved this saying!!!

A couple of months ago, I met up with a scrappy friend for some shopping and lunch.  We happened upon some Unicorn party hats, and well, only a true friend will stand in the middle of a mall parking lot with you and take a selfie wearing unicorn horns!

Unicorns and rainbows, what could be better!  I used some Gingham Linen Petite Prints for my papers.  The title is written in letters from the Teensy Type Alpha Sheets.

Of course if we are talking unicorns and rainbows, there needs to be some sparkle, so I added some Doodlebug Sequins and some Glitter Sprinkles.

I finished things up with some word and heart stickers from a variety of different Doodlebug collections.  That is the beauty of Doodlebug... you can always find an embellishment to match!  That's it for me today, I hope that you all have a very Merry Christmas!

Paper Issues: How 'Bout Them Apples

Hi Everyone!  There's a new Issue at Paper Issues... How 'bout them Apples! Sponsored by the Paper Issues Shop!   What are we looking for??  Anything fall, apples (red/green), leaves, fall colors, use September/October printables available in the Paper Issues Shop!  It's easy!  Take a peek at what I created...

This is the newest member of our family, Jax.  He's about 5 months old now and he's just too stinkin' cute.  He loves to sit in our windows and watch the leaves!!  I am completely in love with the Cedar Lane collection from Pink Paislee... the colors are awesome and the embellishments are perfect for fall!

For my leaves I cut some from one of the Cedar Lane Papers, the others were cut using Lawn Fawn's Small Stitched Leaves dies.

Link up your "How 'bout them apples," projects and you could win a $20 gift card to the Paper Issues Shop! Your projects may also be featured on the Paper Issues Blog, our Facebook Page, or on our Instagram feed! You have until October 11th to link up!  For all the details, see the original post here!  That's it for me, thanks for stopping by to peek!
