Paper Issues: Cut it Up Saturday

Hi Everyone!  It's Cut-it-up Saturday over at Paper Issues today!  Danielle De Konink created this fabulous cut file which is available for free in the Paper Issues Store!

I used this file and some Doodlebug Fall Friends and glitter to create a fall card... take a peek...

The sentiment was created using my Silhouette sketch pens!  I'm getting so much better with them.  Now it's your turn.  Download this file from the Paper Issues Store and link up your project in the November Challenges Album on the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook page and you could win a $10 gift card to the Paper Issues Store!  We can't wait to see what you create!

I made the cornucopia, apple and pear using files I found in the Silhouette store and some Doodlebug Design papers from the last few fall collections including Fall Friends, Friendly Forest and Happy Harvest.  I created the grapes using a 3/4" circle punch.  Here are some close-ups of the fruit...

I used Lori's Turkey Pop Dot Card file available in both her shop here and the Silhouette Store here.  The papers and sentiment sticker are from Doodlebug's Fall Friend's Collection.  The card goes together so quickly, and would be perfect for friends or family over the holiday!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Lori Whitlock: Give Thanks Card

Hi Everyone!  Today I have a fun Thanksgiving card I created using a couple of Lori Whitlock's  files...take a peek...

I love Lori's card bases because you can use them for any type of card... just change the papers and embellishments to suit your needs and you can use them for Birthday, Holidays, Get Well, you name it!  For this card, I used the 5 x 7 Shutter Card (here in Silhouette Store), then added the Thanksgiving Turkey (here in the Silhouette Store).  The papers are from Doodlebug Design's Fall Friends collection... I LOVE the fun fall colors!  It came together quickly and I love how it turned out!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Doodlebug Design: Fall Friends

Hi Everyone! Today I have a layout for Doodlebug Design's new Fall Friends collection!  Fall is my most favorite time of year!  I love the cooler temperatures and the leaf peeping!!  We get tons of leaves in our yard, so there is always the chore of raking... some of us take it more seriously than others as you can see from these pictures from a few years ago... take a peek...

The colors in the Fall Friends Collection are fabulous, and don't even get me started on all of the adorable critter stickers!!

The little owl from the Icons Sticker Sheet was irresistible!  I also love how I can mix and match the leaf and acorn from the Friendly Forest collection! And don't get me started on the shaped Sprinkles!

I'm also excited for the touch of swimming pool in the collection... it is my favorite color! That's it for me today,  Thanks for stopping by!
