LORI WHITLOCK | BUNNY CANDY DISPENSER

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  I've jumped a head one holiday for my post today.  Easter will be here before we know it and I've been trying to get a head start on my Easter cards and crafts.  I'm over on the Lori Whitlock Blog today with this adorable Candy Dispenser Bunny (SVG, Silhouette).  It's such a fun way to package up some treats for your Easter Chicks!  Take a peek...

The bottom opens up to reveal some fun treats!  When you put the cover back on, the bottom stays closed.

It's perfect to hold kisses, jelly beans, chocolate eggs... now I'm hungry.....
Head over to Lori's Blog here for an easy assembly tutorial.  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!

Doodlebug Design | Gobble Gobble Card and Treat Holders

As you have all seen from my doodle pop organizer post, I definitely have a doodle pop hoarding issue.  I have some doodle pops that are almost 10 years old!  One of my favorite doodle pops is from 2015, the little gobble gobble turkey!  He's just too cute!  Do you remember him?

I thought it would be fun to make a card featuring Mr. gobble gobble, I designed this card and updated him a bit with some Pumpkin Spice colors.  I didn't want him to be lonely so I made some little treat box place holders for my Thanksgiving table.  My own flock of turkeys!  Take a peek....

I thought the card would be perfect to send to relatives we are unable to see this holiday season... just a little something to let them know we are thinking of them!

And the little turkey treat holders will look great on my Thanksgiving table and they're the perfect size for a chocolate treat!!

Doodlebug Design | Candy Carnival Cut File Nugget Wraps

When my daughter was in grade school, I used to love making fun treats to send in to her class for Halloween.  I decided that this tradition didn't need to stop just because she is away at college.  This year I came up with these cute little Nugget Candy Holders using the Candy Carnival Cut files that are available in the Lori Whitlock SVG Shop.  Take a peek...

These little holders are really easy to make.  You start with a 4.5"x 1.5" strip of paper.  You then score it at 1.5", 2.5" and 4".

That allows you to fold it into a little triangle with a fold over flap.  A Nugget Candy fits perfectly in the bottom, and you can secure it in there with a glue dot.  All that was left was to decorate the front with one of the cute little cut files!

If you also would like to cover the candy bars themselves like I did in the first photo, just cut a 1" x 3" strip of coordinating paper and wrap it around the candy and secure with adhesive.  Have you made any projects using the new Candy Carnival Cut Files ?  Be sure to tag Doodlebug Design on Facebook and Instagram, we would love to see your creations!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!
