Doodlebug Design: Touchdown

Hi Everyone!  Today I have a layout I created using the new Touchdown Collection from Doodlebug Design.  I live in Patriot's Nation...we are about 15 minutes from the stadium, so needless to say, there are many rabid fans in our neighborhood!  Every playoff game is celebrated in grand style.  I found this picture from one of the games in 2012... all the neighborhood kids were decked out in their Patriot's finest!

I can't say enough about the word stickers that are on the This and That Sheet... I love adding little clusters of them!  I also fell in love with the Football Doodlepop... the cute stitching is perfect!

I added some Star Shape Sprinkles from the Graduation assortment from last year... I love how all Doodlebug Collections work well together!  That's it for me today.  Make sure to stop by the Doodlebug Blog  all this week for more Touchdown inspiration!

The sentiment was created using my Silhouette sketch pens!  I'm getting so much better with them.  Now it's your turn.  Download this file from the Paper Issues Store and link up your project in the November Challenges Album on the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook page and you could win a $10 gift card to the Paper Issues Store!  We can't wait to see what you create!

Doodlebug Design: Goal!!!

Hi Everyone!  Today I have a layout featuring the fun new Goal! Collection from Doodlebug Design. Soccer is huge in my town, and my daughter played for years.  I came across these pictures, and had to laugh... they were so little!! (my daughter is currently a senior in high school...)  The pictures brought back memories of many mornings on the soccer field!  Take a peek...

I used the squares in my design so I could showcase more of the papers in the collection.  The patterns are fabulous!  I also love the touches of Swimming Pool!

I love the word stickers that are on the This and That Sticker Sheet... they add the perfect touch!

And who could resist adding a Sprinkle Shapes Soccer Ball to my title!

That's it for me today.  Make sure to stop by the Doodlebug Design Blog all of this week for more Goal!  inspiration!

Hi Everyone!  I'm back today with another layout I created for the Paper Issues Fall Crop. This challenge was the negative space challenge.  The goal was to have at least 2/3 of your page space open.  Here's my entry...

I used Crate Paper's Wonder collection for this one.  I love the colors and embellishments!  Anything with kitties is right up my alley!  Here are some more close-ups.

There is still time to join in the fun over in the Paper Issues Friends and Fans Facebook Group.  Take a peek at the Fall Crop Challenge album and post your projects there by November 14th and you could win a $100 Gift Card to the Paper Issues Store.  See the  Rules and Regulations for all the details.  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by!

Paper Issues Fall Crop: Pet Challenge Layout

Hi Everyone!  Did you get a chance to participate in the Paper Issues Fall Crop?  It was lots of fun and there were a ton of challenges.  My challenge was to scrap about your pets without using any pet themed papers or embellishments.  Here was my layout...

These are my two fuzz butts, Jax (the little guy) and Rosie.  Jax wants to be friends with Rosie in the worst way.  Rosie is completely uninterested.  Jax is becoming impatient.  I used some Bella Blvd goodies from the Family Frenzy collection as well as some Color Chaos to document their ongoing "struggle."  Here are some close-ups...

Lori Whitlock: Turkey Pop Dot Card

Happy November everyone!  I can't believe we are almost to the end of the year!  Today I have a fun Thanksgiving-themed card that I created for Lori Whitlock.  Her new Pop Dot Cards are just fabulous, and this little turkey was too cute to pass up!  Take a peek...

I used Lori's Turkey Pop Dot Card file available in both her shop here and the Silhouette Store here.  The papers and sentiment sticker are from Doodlebug's Fall Friend's Collection.  The card goes together so quickly, and would be perfect for friends or family over the holiday!  That's it for me today, thanks for stopping by to peek!
